Privacy

Last updated 2026-11-01. These sites (twiningsoftball.com, harlynburdett.com, oliveburdett.com) are run by the Burdett family to share the softball and academic profiles of Harlyn and Olive Burdett with college coaches.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, optional phone, school or program, division, role, events, and your message. To block spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile and keep a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting. We never store your IP address itself.

How we use it

To read and reply to your message. Form messages go to the family recruiting inbox. We never sell, rent, or share your information.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. These sites set no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Instagram photos shown here are served from our own server, so Instagram does not set cookies or track you on these pages.

About the athletes

Harlyn and Olive are high school students. We don’t publish home addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, or class schedules. Event details beyond city and date go to verified college coaches on request.

Students and minors

The contact form is meant for college coaches, event organizers, and other adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a minor sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Retention and deletion

We keep messages as long as recruiting is active, then delete them. Email recruiting@twiningsoftball.com to see or delete anything you sent.
